Ian graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Bucknell University in 2005. He immediately accepted the position of counselor at a private residential facility. Ian worked his way through the organization to Program Director and ultimately oversaw the daily operations of all facets of the program including Residential, Foster Care, Day Treatment and Alternative Education services.

In February of 2015, Ian joined the JusticeWorks team as Program Director of our Lycoming County location. He will be working with the Juvenile Probation Office to provide our Violation Initiative Program®.
