Dawn Goodman
Program Director
Dawn also served on the Retention Committee and the Inclusivity Workgroup. Both focused on retention, diversity, and inclusivity within the workforce. She participated in state meetings and committees for practice and policy changes. She assisted the state in implementing Differential Response, a statewide practice change in child welfare using an alternative response for engaging families who come into the system.
Dawn teaches in the Social Work department at Metropolitan State University in Denver. She is passionate about leadership and strongly believes families benefit most when the organizations’ leadership encourages, inspires, and challenges the workforce to be their best selves. She is excited to be part of the Justice Works team in Colorado.
