Jamie Schwartzbeck
Program Director Lancaster and Lebanon County, Pennsylvania
Jamie started with Justice Works in 2019 as a Family Resource Specialist (FRS) in Schuylkill County; she transferred to Lebanon County as their first FRS and was promoted to Supervisor that same year. Jamie’s hard work, dedication, and “Whatever it Takes” attitude have made her an invaluable team member and our new Program Director of Lancaster and Lebanon Counties in October 2021.
Jamie is originally from Maryland, where she graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a minor in Sociology. She now resides in Lebanon County with her partner, his two kids, and their beloved dog Maggie. She has a background in drug and alcohol treatment and residential care. She considers herself a “Jane of many trades, and a master of none.” She accredits most of her people skills to waitressing for many years and says that it is the ultimate key to working with people and believes that we should always start where the client is, not where you want them to be.
