Alicia is a graduate from California University of Pennsylvania with a BA in K-6 Education. Her career started with providing one-on-one, academic, and family-based interventions to youth and families with behavioral and mental health needs. Alicia joined JusticeWorks YouthCare in March of 2013. She started as a Family Resource Specialist, and quickly transitioned into the role of a Family Group Decision Making Coordinator, serving Westmoreland and Armstrong Counties.

After serving our clients in the field for 3 years, Alicia as promoted to Supervisor in our Washington County branch, where she continued to expand and grow the Family Group Decision Making program within the county. In February of 2020, Alicia was promoted to Program Director of Washington and Greene counties.
