Alicia Hinson
Director of FRCPS
Alicia Hinson has 35 years of experience in the human service field. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University. Alicia held pivotal roles with South Carolina providers. She served as a project administrator for the Department of Social Services, making significant contributions to the Continuum of Care and hospital settings. A longstanding member of PAFCAF, Alicia actively engages in various opportunities, including subcommittees. As the former Director of FCCSS, she orchestrated the successful implementation of a large-scale program, demonstrating remarkable efficiency. Alicia oversees the statewide operation of the FRCPS program for JusticeWorks, ensuring its effective management and impact.
