Program Director

Deborah (Debbie) Mollette joined JusticeWorks Ohio after an outstanding tenure of 25 years with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cincinnati. She worked closely with hundreds of children to support their socio-emotional development and growth by connecting them with positive community mentors. In addition, Debbie has six year’s experience working within the juvenile justice and foster care systems.

Debbie graduated from Eastern Kentucky University and planted roots in Northern Kentucky (the Greater Cincinnati area).Debbie has done a great dealof volunteer work during her time in the Greater Cincinnati area. She is a Big Sister to two individuals for the past 2 decades, donated time to nursing homes and schools with her therapy dog Liberty Belle, participated in the Cincinnati Immigrant Transit Assistance program as well as offered aid to Habitat for Humanity.

Debbie leads our Visit Coach, Triple P, VIP® and ART programs in Hamilton County.
