Sam started her professional career in our Berks office in 2011 as a Family Resource Specialist where she specialized in providing Nurturing Parenting services to families in Berks County. Sam was instrumental in the startup of our Schuylkill County branch in 2016, and in 2017 was promoted to Program Director. Sam went on to oversee our Central Counties (Northumberland, Snyder, Union, and Montour) as Program Director and has worked closely with the Family Engagement Initiative in Snyder and Union Counties.
Sam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Penn State University and a Master’s Degree in Administration in Human Services from Wilmington University. Sam is a member of the Penn State Schuylkill Consortium.
