Samantha Gerdeman

Program Director of Schuylkill and Northumberland Counties, Pennsylvania

Sam graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. She joined JusticeWorks in 2011 as an FRS in Berks County. Sam specialized in providing the Nurturing Parenting curriculum to clients. Her dedication and hard work were recognized when she was promoted to Supervisor in 2015.

In December of 2016, Sam took on the role of the inaugural supervisor of our Schuylkill County startup. Almost immediately, Sam and our Schuylkill County team began producing excellent outcomes and providing an extremely high level of service to the kids and families of Schuylkill County, and in turn, we saw tremendous growth. In June of 2017, Samantha was promoted to Assistant Director, as Schuylkill was still a part of the Berks’ branch. Due to the high volume and consistent growth, Berks and Schuylkill counties were split into stand-alone branches, and Sam was promoted to Director over Schuylkill County in September.
