Tom graduated from the University of Richmond with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Before coming to JusticeWorks, Tom worked as a foster parent recruiter in Philadelphia and Delaware County. He started with JWYC in early 2017 as an FRS in Montgomery County, before becoming a supervisor in Berks County in 2017, Chester County in 2018, and Weld County, Colorado in 2019. Tom has experience with JPO programs including Reintegration, VIP, and T4C, and is excited about working with CYS again in Colorado.

Tom was born and raised in Delaware County before relocating to Colorado with his partner. Tom got engaged in March of last year and plans to get married next April. In his free time, he enjoys hiking/snowshoeing and is finally learning how to ski.
