We are incredibly grateful when families take the time to share their experiences. During some of life’s most challenging moments, compassionate and dedicated support can make all the difference. Below is a message we received that reflects the professionalism, flexibility, and heart our team strives to bring to every family we serve.

Quentin

Tori
Hello,
Last year, I utilized JusticeWorks’ services for supervised visits with my child and I wanted to reach out to express how grateful I am to your organization and team.
At the time, this was something neither myself or my child had ever experienced before, and it was an extremely stressful and emotional period. Not having unscheduled or independent time with my child was incredibly difficult. From the beginning, however, you and your staff treated both me and my child with professionalism, consistency, care, and compassion, which made an overwhelming situation more manageable.
I was overwhelmed with starting services as quickly as possible due to the length of time already passed without seeing my child, and your quick, consistent communication helped me navigate the process. I thank you for that.
Quentin, our primary supervisor, is truly a credit to his profession and unquestionably in the right line of work. Being observed while interacting with one’s child under time limitations is inherently unnatural for any parent; however, Quentin made each visit feel as natural and comfortable as possible given the circumstances. His compassionate demeanor eased the process and allowed the visits to feel meaningful rather than stressful.
Quentin consistently went above and beyond his role. He coordinated weekly visits and, when he was unable to accommodate a scheduled time, he did not simply deny the request. Instead, he proactively contacted colleagues and arranged coverage so that visits could still occur. That effort made an immeasurable difference.
With strict time limitations in place, those two hours per week meant everything to me. The thought of missing any moment with my child was devastating, yet thanks to your team, ensuring visitation was never in question.
During this period, I graduated from school. Without the flexibility and support provided by Quentin and the JusticeWorks team, my child would not have been able to attend. Rather than deferring responsibility, the team made themselves available to receive court documentation, and Quentin adjusted his own schedule—sacrificing an important personal commitment—so that this milestone could be shared together. The one child was not on the case, and no one was obligated to help, yet they did. That level of dedication speaks volumes about the integrity and compassion of your staff beyond job roles.
When last-minute schedule changes arose that Quentin could not accommodate, he coordinated with his colleague Tori, who selflessly stepped in despite not being assigned to the case. She arrived promptly each time, often coming directly from other obligations, to ensure visits were not missed. Her willingness and commitment were greatly appreciated. I am thankful for her.
I am truly grateful that during such a challenging chapter, my family was placed in the care of JusticeWorks. The professionalism, compassion, and commitment demonstrated by your team made a profound difference in our lives.
While that chapter is closed, the impact has remained.
Thank you all.
