Once again, JusticeWorks is on the list of Fastest Growing companies in Southwestern Pennsylvania, as confirmed by the Pittsburgh Business Times! For the eleventh time!!
Starting out as the “100 Fastest Growing Companies”, we won it 9 years in a row. When they shifted to the “Fast 50” we didn’t make the cut one year.. now, we’ve been on the Fast 50 list the past 2 years. In other words, it took us 12 years to win 11 times. I have to talk to that Dipesh! In truth, when Dipesh was promoted from Berks County Program Director some 10 years ago to Director of Program Development, JusticeWorks was about 15% of the size it is now—in other words, we have grown by 6 ½ times! His, and Dawn’s, fingerprints are on all of that growth. Thank you!
And, it never escapes me, that we all share in the achievement of continued growth. Our fantastic reputation as ‘provider of choice’ is very much an affirmation and reflection of your excellent work and commitment to do whatever it takes to achieve better outcomes for children and families.
