“I just wanted to let you know a few things. I have been working with Kathy on one of our cases and I just wanted to let you know that she is doing such a great job. I do not usually do this, but I wanted to let you know that she has gone above and beyond!
She is so diligent with sending me daily updates, having great communication between me and the family, and finding and helping the family with resources. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate her and how great of a job she is doing.
I know my family enjoys working with her and she has been so helpful with sorting through all their chaos. Again, she has gone above and beyond, and it has been great to have her work with myself and this family.”
