Dear Carrie,
I would like to take the time to let you know what a wonderful job Erin Ware did communicating on one of my cases. She was amazing and so great to work with. I called her so many times and she always made me feel like it was no big deal and assured me that everything was handled. Sometimes changes occurred daily and she made everything run smooth. I have never met her; but, I would really like to treat her to lunch one day soon. She has made my job easier and in my eyes she is an unsung hero.

Hi Carrie, hope the move is going smooth! I wanted to share with you how helpful Erin Ware has been to my unit. Erin is always available to help with transportation needs that come up at the last moment or when it is planned. She gets back to my caseworkers and self often times within a half hour of us calling. She is patient when some of my workers don’t always respond to her calls/e-mails! I just wanted to share that she does excellent work and is willing to go above and beyond to help out. It’s great to know we can depend on Erin!
