On September 9, 2010, JusticeWorks will begin serving Wayne County Office of Children & Youth Services as a Family Group Decision Making provider. We are pleased that our proactive method of implementing this evidence based service has been recognized by another county.
CYS Director Linda Vonson had this to say about choosing JusticeWorks: “we turned to Justice Works to provide our FGDM as your agency come highly recommended, has a successful track record, your staff is extremely passionate about FGDM which was apparent during your presentation, and your underlying philosophy is based on the traditional FGDM model, which is important to us. While we want referrals to go to conference as quickly as possible, we do not want to take short cuts that compromise
the process.
Wayne is the 12th Pennsylvania County that JusticeWorks is serving and we have commitments from several others which are finalizing contracts now (watch this space!).
