We began serving Westmoreland County Children’s Bureau in late May, 2010 and in June received these comments from County Casework Manager Amber Kalp:

“JusticeWorks has been doing a very good job for us to date. On one specific case they were able to prevent placement of a child who had been adopted through Allegheny County and the placement was disrupting. They were able to get the child registered at the Massanutten Military Academy in Massanutten, Virginia. The child wishes to be a State Trooper so the military academy was an excellent choice.”

JusticeWorks’ Family Resource Specialist Emily Drury and our Westmoreland Assistant Director Carrie Airhart were instrumental in guiding this challenging case and we’re pleased their efforts achieved a quick positive outcome. And thank you Ms. Kalp for partnering with us and for your kind remarks.
