Patricia started her career working at Goodwill Industries in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She worked in this non-profit sector for over twelve years. Pat (as she likes to be called) decided to further her education and received a Computerized Accounting Certificate in 2004 from the Muskegon Business College in Grand Rapids. She quickly realized her love for the accounting field and entered a BA program at Cornerstone University. She completed her BA in Business Administration with an emphasis on accounting in 2008.
Pat is a proud single mother who successfully raised twin girls and a son. After all of her children graduated high school and began attending college, she moved away from the cold and snowy climate to join her brother and his family in South Carolina in 2009. She worked for several companies through a temporary staffing agency until she was hired by JusticeWorks Behavioral Care in 2016. Pat has been a tremendous help in the successful conversion of the company tracking and billing software. She is a certified expert in Excel and has used these skills to train JWBC staff members on how to effectively use this tool for completing daily tasks. Pat has also designed several extensive spreadsheets to help management track statistics and overall employee performance. She continues to share her expertise to help improve the overall financial operation of JusticeWorks Behavioral Care.
