Katrina Allen, MA is the Program Director and the key point of contact for our Hamilton County, Ohio branch. She is responsible for the daily operation of our Hamilton County programs, maintaining positive relationships with our county and community partners, and developing expansion opportunities throughout Ohio. Katrina holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Antioch University Midwest and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Central State University. She has served children and families throughout Ohio and Michigan for more than twenty years. Her expertise and skill has led to the development of innovative services which improve the quality of life for children and families.
Katrina has held various leadership positions within the field of social services. She has worked for The Detroit Urban League, Wolverine Human Services, Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services, Family Services of Cincinnati, Seven Hills Neighborhood Houses Social Services Agency, and Boys Hope Girls Hope of Cincinnati. In 2010, Katrina was nominated for the Cincinnati Woman of the Year Award by the Board of Directors of Boys Hope Girls Hope of Cincinnati.
