Errone Cody joined JusticeWorks YouthCare as a Program Director in June 2011 and was promoted to Regional Director in November 2013. In her current position, she has served on several committees and workgroups. She served as a workgroup member with the Office of Children & Families in the Courts State Roundtable for Visitation. There, she was active in producing guidelines, tools, and training; all approved by the Pennsylvania State Roundtable to assist counties in examining their visitation practices. She has been a member of committees to develop and implement Anger Management Programming, Nurturing Parenting Skills, and Substance Abuse Services within JusticeWorks YouthCare.
Prior to her current position, she served as Supervisor for Washington County Children and Youth. She was an active participant in family engagement practices: FGDM and the County Educational Liaison. She has done several presentations at the local, statewide, and national conferences on the topic of implementing and enhancing the FGDM practices.
In 2001, Errone began serving children and families as a caseworker with Washington County Children and Youth Services. Within a few years, she accepted a promotion as Supervisor of Ongoing Services and soon transitioned to Intake Supervisor within the County. Shortly after, Errone was selected to oversee the Specialized Truancy Unit, managing staff dedicated to enhancing attendance through collaboration with Washington County’s 14 school districts.
Errone has a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Political Science from Bethany College and a Master’s of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University.
