Nadine Lewandowski, PhD, LPC, LCMHC has worked as a Senior Leader in most disciplines of Human Services for more than 25 years, including work with adults and children within the fields of mental health, substance abuse, homelessness, eating disorders, and intellectual disabilities. Dr. Lewandowski’s positions have included Vice President, Regional Director, Division Director and Clinical Director for private, non-profit, and public organizations. Additionally, Nadine has provided direct clinical work with supervision, served in various board positions, and taught at traditional and distance learning universities. Throughout Dr. Lewandowski’s career in NY and the Carolinas, leadership outcomes have been extensive including financial growth, clinical excellence, staff development, and process improvement. Over the years, recognitions have included forty under forty, Leadership Buffalo alumni, and various local agency awards.
