After working as a therapist in Texas and then supervising a children’s community-based behavioral health program in Missouri, Diane moved to the Cincinnati area where she joined a large social service agency in Ohio. Diane held many positions at this service agency, her most recent as Chief Service Officer where she was responsible for oversight and growth of agency service lines including residential treatment, day treatment, independent living, outpatient, foster care and education. Diane also led the agency’s Trauma Informed Care initiative.
In her spare time, Diane enjoys spending time with her family, long distance running, hiking and kayaking.
