On September 23, 2014 Dipesh was unanimously elected to the Juvenile Detention Centers and Alternative Programs of Pennsylvania’s (JDCAP) Executive Council. Dipesh is one of the first staff members of a private provider to be elected to the Executive Council. The Juvenile Detention Centers and Alternative Programs of Pennsylvania is a professional organization dedicated to supporting its members by: promoting sound policies, advancing best practice standards, and maintaining a continuous learning environment within the juvenile justice system.
